WebWorks Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms govern your use of lumoratiles.co.uk and any order you place with us.
Tiles are sold by the full box only and priced per m² and per box as shown on each product page. Prices shown are final retail prices. WebWorks Solutions Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown separately.
Physical stock is held by our supplier/warehouse partner. After payment, we manually confirm stock availability with our supplier before dispatch. If stock cannot be confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, arrange to wait for restock, or issue a full refund.
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
Delivery is kerbside pallet delivery. We will contact you after your order to arrange a delivery date. Delivery pricing is shown at checkout and depends on order value and delivery postcode.
Natural stone-effect porcelain tiles may show slight shade or batch variation between production runs. We recommend ordering all tiles for a project at once and checking tiles before installation.
